Campus Access Affects the Pickup Plan
Soldier Field’s published transportation guidance includes access restrictions for limousines and separate instructions for different vehicle types. Your return arrangements must account for the vehicle and event conditions rather than assuming access directly outside a gate.
Stay in contact with your chauffeur and follow the confirmed meeting instructions. A return pickup may take place away from the original drop-off point.
Agree on Your Departure Plan in Advance
Tell us if you plan to leave at a scheduled time or need to discuss an hourly reservation. If the event timing changes, contact us promptly; extensions or a different pickup time depend on availability and the terms of your booking.
Share Group and Access Needs Early
