What to Plan Before You Book
Your Schedule
Provide the first pickup time and address, expected stops, approximate time at each location, and final drop-off. Include both driving time and time spent at stops when estimating how long you need the service.
Your Reserved Period
Hourly service is arranged for an agreed period. Time spent at your planned stops is part of the reserved itinerary; leaving the vehicle does not automatically pause your booking. Review the duration and any additional-time terms before confirming.
Changes & Extensions
If your plans change or you need more time, contact your chauffeur or our team as early as possible. Extensions and route changes require confirmation and may affect the price; availability beyond the booked period is not guaranteed.
Waiting & Meeting Locations
Your chauffeur will coordinate where to meet you between stops. A vehicle reserved for your itinerary is not a promise that it can remain directly outside every entrance, particularly around busy venues or restricted streets.

Sprinter and specific vehicle/model reservations require separately confirmed minimum-hour and additional-time terms. Review mileage, parking and toll inclusions for your itinerary before payment.

What is hourly chauffeur service?
It is a private vehicle and chauffeur reserved for an agreed period and itinerary. It can suit several stops or time between appointments, rather than booking each journey separately.
Where is hourly service available?
Our hourly service is focused on Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Contact us before booking if your itinerary goes farther afield or includes a long-distance journey so we can discuss the appropriate arrangement.
How many hours should I book?
Estimate the travel time between your locations and the time you expect to spend at each stop. Review the duration options for your booking and contact us if you need help planning the schedule. Do not assume extra time will automatically be available afterward.
Is there a minimum booking duration?

Does the booking pause while I am at a meeting or event?
Time at planned stops is part of the reserved hourly itinerary; stepping out of the vehicle does not automatically pause the booking. If you only need a drop-off and a later pickup, ask about separate transfers instead.
Can I change the stops during the day?
Discuss changes with your chauffeur or our team before changing the itinerary. Route changes may affect the time required, price, or feasibility of the booking. Additional locations are not an unlimited entitlement under an hourly reservation.
Can I extend my booking?
Ask as early as possible if you need more time. An extension depends on availability and must be confirmed; additional charges may apply. Your chauffeur may have another commitment after your reserved period.
Will the vehicle wait directly outside the venue?
Not every location permits a vehicle to remain at the entrance. Your chauffeur will coordinate an appropriate waiting location and meeting point based on parking, traffic, and access conditions. Keep in contact when you are ready to leave.
Are mileage, parking, and tolls included?
Review the inclusions and any additional charges shown for your selected booking. Do not assume an hourly reservation includes unlimited mileage or every parking and toll expense. Contact us before payment if these details are not clear for your itinerary.
Which vehicles can I choose?
Our classes are Business Sedan, Premium Sedan, Executive SUV, Premium SUV, and Executive Sprinter. Sedans accommodate up to three passengers, SUVs up to six, and Sprinters serve groups of seven to twelve. Availability and luggage suitability must also be considered; golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle.
Can I use hourly service for concerts, games, or weddings?
Yes. Share the event schedule, venue, passenger count, and expected departure plans. Reserve enough time for the itinerary and coordinate the meeting point with your chauffeur. An hourly reservation does not provide special venue access or unlimited time after the event.
Is my reservation confirmed after payment, and can I cancel it?
Your reservation is automatically confirmed after payment. For hourly sedan/SUV service, cancellation received at least 24 hours before the confirmed start is free with a full refund. Cancellation received less than 24 hours before the start incurs 100% of the confirmed total price with no refund. Sprinter and specific vehicle/model reservations follow supplier-specific cancellation terms that must be disclosed before payment; standard sedan/SUV terms do not automatically apply. Contact us with your booking reference to request a change or cancellation. Specific vehicle models and special requests require separate confirmation. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
