Arriving at Midway
At Midway, keep the flight arrival and your final street address together in the booking. A Downtown hotel, a suburban home and an onward airport connection are different routes even when they begin at the same terminal. Provide your airline, flight number and arrival date when arranging the ride. After landing, collect your bags, review your reservation messages and keep the lead traveler’s phone available before proceeding to the agreed meeting point.
From Midway to Your Chicago or Suburban Address
A Midway arrival may lead to a hotel in the Loop or River North, a Naperville home or a meeting in Oak Brook. A neighborhood or hotel name is a starting point: provide the full street address and the entrance where your party should be dropped off. Include all passengers, luggage and additional stops before comparing vehicles.
Choose Your Meeting Arrangement
For commercial arrivals at O’Hare and Midway, curbside pickup is included. Terminal meet and greet with a name sign and luggage assistance is an optional paid service. Follow the meeting instructions for your reservation; a premium vehicle class does not automatically include meet and greet. Private aviation uses a separate FBO arrangement.
Leaving for MDW
Give the exact home, hotel or office entrance and the departure flight details. The date and time are the local pickup time. Build the plan around road travel and the airline’s requirements, with enough time for loading everyone and their luggage. A flight departure time is not the chauffeur pickup time.
Your Party and Luggage
Business Sedan and Premium Sedan accommodate up to three passengers. Executive SUV and Premium SUV accommodate up to six. Executive Sprinter is available for groups of seven to twelve. Children count as passengers. Choose for people and luggage together: a full passenger load does not guarantee room for every suitcase. Golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle, even for one traveler. For child seats or a specific model, contact us before payment if the request is essential to your trip.
A Separate Return or Airport Connection
A return trip can be booked in advance with its own schedule. If your next flight is at O’Hare, choose the airport-to-airport route and include both flights. The ground ride does not include airline baggage transfer or a guaranteed connection.
Booking Confirmation and Special Requests
Standard online reservations are confirmed automatically after payment. A request for a particular model, child seat or other special arrangement requires its own confirmation. For a complex itinerary, agree the arrangement before paying. Changes and cancellations follow the terms associated with your reservation.

How is waiting handled after landing?
Commercial arrivals at O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, measured from the aircraft’s actual landing time. Waiting after that allowance is chargeable; vehicle-class rates and billing increments have not yet been finalized. A flight delay alone is not a cancellation or a no-show.
