Built from Firsthand Experience on Chicago Roads
RegisRide grew from our founders’ day-to-day work transporting passengers in the Chicago area. Airport pickups, downtown destinations and suburban journeys have shaped how we think about service: clear pickup details, a vehicle that fits the party and communication that helps travelers know what comes next. We are building RegisRide for lasting relationships with individual travelers, families and businesses. A single airport trip may be the starting point; our goal is to become the team you return to when another journey needs planning. Technology supports that work. Online reservations and our corporate booking panel help organize trip details, while the people behind the service handle the coordination that an itinerary requires.

RegisRide works with chauffeurs whose experience includes Chicago airport trips, business transportation and private journeys. Some of the chauffeurs we work with bring more than 20 years of industry experience. That experience belongs to the individuals behind the wheel. We are building our service around their knowledge, clear trip coordination and attention to the people traveling with us. You may meet different chauffeurs across your reservations. If you have a preference or a trip that needs particular attention, share it with our team when planning your ride.
Chicago at the Center of Every Plan
Our service is centered on Chicago and its suburbs, including communities such as Park Ridge, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Rosemont, Oak Brook, Naperville and Lake Forest. We also arrange planned journeys throughout Illinois. For longer trips, we arrange Chicago-area departures to destinations in Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan, with return transportation planned in advance. These journeys are itinerary-based; they do not mean that we operate an on-demand local service throughout every neighboring state. Airport transportation includes O’Hare and Midway, along with private aviation service at Chicago Executive (PWK), DuPage (DPA), Gary/Chicago (GYY), and FBO locations at O’Hare and Midway, including Signature at ORD. Share the airport, FBO and flight details so the pickup can be planned for the correct location.

Start with the complete itinerary
Share pickup and destination addresses, date, time, passenger count and luggage. Include flight details for airport arrivals and mention child seats, golf bags or additional stops.
Choose the vehicle and review your trip
Compare the available vehicle classes and review the price and reservation terms for your journey. If a particular make or model matters, ask us to confirm that request separately.
Receive your reservation confirmation
Your reservation is automatically confirmed after payment. Our team reviews special requests and may contact you if any arrangements need to change.
Keep pickup details clear
Use the contact information provided with your reservation to share changes and coordinate the trip. Correct traveler contact details are especially important when you are booking for someone else.

RegisRide is based in the Chicago area. Our transportation service centers on Chicago and its suburbs, with planned trips throughout Illinois and longer journeys to neighboring states.
Does RegisRide have 20 years of company history?
The 20-plus years of experience mentioned on this page refers to some of the chauffeurs we work with, not to the age of RegisRide. Our founders are building the company from firsthand experience transporting passengers in the Chicago area.
Can I book transportation for someone else?
Yes. Provide the traveler’s name, contact information and complete trip details. For company travel, our corporate panel supports saved traveler profiles, bookings on behalf of others and consolidated invoicing.
Do you only provide airport rides?
No. RegisRide also arranges business transportation, hourly chauffeur service, private point-to-point trips, event and wedding transportation, and planned city-to-city journeys.
Do you provide local service throughout Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan?
Our main service area is Chicago and its suburbs. We arrange longer journeys to neighboring states and prearranged returns, rather than general on-demand local coverage throughout those states. Gary/Chicago Airport FBO transportation is also part of our private aviation service.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your reservation is automatically confirmed after payment. Our team may contact you after reviewing special requests if any arrangements need to change. Requests for a specific vehicle model require separate confirmation.
