Where will I meet my chauffeur at O’Hare?
Standard commercial arrival pickup is curbside. Follow the terminal and meeting details supplied for your reservation. Inside-terminal meet and greet is a paid option that must be requested and confirmed.
Travel to or from O’Hare with a private vehicle selected for your party. RegisRide connects commercial ORD arrivals and departures with Chicago and suburban addresses, with included curbside arrival pickup and optional paid terminal meet and greet.
At O’Hare, use the airline and arrival details to identify the relevant terminal. An airline name alone is not a permanent pickup instruction. Your reservation’s meeting details and coordination with the chauffeur take priority over a generic airport map. Provide your airline, flight number and arrival date when arranging the ride. After landing, collect your bags, review your reservation messages and keep the lead traveler’s phone available before proceeding to the agreed meeting point.
An O’Hare arrival can continue to a Downtown Chicago hotel, a Schaumburg office, a Naperville home or an address in Oak Brook or Rosemont. Choose the area when planning, then provide the complete street address and entrance instructions. Include every passenger, bag and additional stop so the vehicle and price reflect the whole journey.

For commercial arrivals at O’Hare and Midway, curbside pickup is included. Terminal meet and greet with a name sign and luggage assistance is an optional paid service. Follow the meeting instructions for your reservation; a premium vehicle class does not automatically include meet and greet. Private aviation uses a separate FBO arrangement.
Give the exact home, hotel or office entrance and the departure flight details. The date and time are the local pickup time. Build the plan around road travel and the airline’s requirements, with enough time for loading everyone and their luggage. A flight departure time is not the chauffeur pickup time.

Business Sedan and Premium Sedan accommodate up to three passengers. Executive SUV and Premium SUV accommodate up to six. Executive Sprinter is available for groups of seven to twelve. Children count as passengers. Choose for people and luggage together: a full passenger load does not guarantee room for every suitcase. Golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle, even for one traveler. For child seats or a specific model, contact us before payment if the request is essential to your trip.
A return trip can be booked in advance with its own schedule. If your next flight is at Midway, choose the airport-to-airport route and include both flights. The ground ride does not include airline baggage transfer or a guaranteed connection.
Standard online reservations are confirmed automatically after payment. A request for a particular model, child seat or other special arrangement requires its own confirmation. For a complex itinerary, agree the arrangement before paying. Changes and cancellations follow the terms associated with your reservation.

Provide the correct flight number and arrival date, and keep your contact details available. Review the waiting terms associated with your reservation and contact the team if your travel plans change.
Commercial arrivals at O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, measured from the aircraft’s actual landing time. Waiting after that allowance is chargeable; vehicle-class rates and billing increments have not yet been finalized. A flight delay alone is not a cancellation or a no-show. Private aviation and FBO waiting follow separate conditions. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
