Which service should I choose for several stops?
Hourly service may fit when a chauffeur should remain reserved across the itinerary. For a defined route with an extra stop, discuss the complete transfer before booking.
Commercial Airport Transfers
Travel to or from O’Hare and Midway. Curbside pickup is included for commercial arrivals; inside-terminal meet and greet is an optional paid service.
Point-to-Point City Rides
Book one pickup and one destination for a home, hotel, office or other agreed address. Include additional stops in the itinerary before booking.
Hourly Chauffeur
Reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for an agreed period across meetings, dining, appointments or several stops. Time at planned stops remains part of the booked period.
Corporate Travel
Arrange rides for executives, clients and colleagues. Corporate accounts support saved traveler profiles, bookings on behalf of others and consolidated invoicing.
Weddings and VIP Guests
Plan separate movements for the couple, wedding party and guests, or arrange a private VIP itinerary. Specific models and celebration extras require separate confirmation.
Games, Concerts and Special Occasions
Arrange a one-way event transfer, a separate return pickup or hourly service. A return reservation does not keep the chauffeur at the venue throughout the event.
Long-Distance Transportation
Plan journeys from Chicago and its suburbs across Illinois and to Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan. Returns and other pickups outside the Chicago area require advance arrangement.
Private Aviation and FBO Transfers
Arrange private aviation transportation for Chicago Executive, Gary/Chicago, DuPage and FBO facilities at O’Hare and Midway. Provide the handling facility, reserved time and aircraft details for meeting coordination.
Booking Confirmation and Special Requests
Standard online reservations are confirmed automatically after payment. A particular model, child seat or other special arrangement requires separate confirmation. For a complex itinerary, agree the arrangement before paying. For standard sedan/SUV transfers, cancellation received at least 6 hours before the confirmed pickup time is free with a full refund; less than 6 hours before pickup, 100% of the cancelled ride’s confirmed total price is charged with no refund. For hourly sedan/SUV service, the same full-refund rule applies at least 24 hours before the confirmed start; less than 24 hours before the start, the charge is 100% with no refund. Sprinter and specific vehicle/model reservations use supplier-specific cancellation terms that must be disclosed before payment. Separate outbound and return journeys are assessed individually.
