We collect information needed to provide and support your ride, including names, contact details, account information, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger and luggage details, flight information, trip notes and communications with our support team. We may also collect device, usage, log and website analytics information when you use our website.
How we use information
We use personal information to prepare quotes, process and fulfill bookings, coordinate rides, communicate with passengers, provide customer support, verify payments, prevent fraud, protect our services, comply with applicable obligations and improve the website and customer experience.
Sharing with chauffeurs and service providers
We share only the information reasonably necessary to arrange and complete a ride with assigned chauffeurs and transportation partners. We may also share relevant information with service providers that support payment processing, communications, website hosting, maps, analytics, security and customer support. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our customers, services or legal rights.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. RegisRide does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. We may retain Stripe transaction, customer and payment-method references together with limited card information, such as the card brand, last four digits, expiration date and cardholder name, for payment verification, customer support, fraud prevention and recordkeeping.
Retention and your choices
We retain booking, account, payment-reference, support and related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information through the RegisRide contact page. We may retain information that must be kept for legal or operational reasons, and eligible account information may be deleted or anonymized when a request is completed.
