When you use RegisRide, we collect information necessary to fulfil your booking and improve our services:

Identity data: name, email address, phone number
Booking data: pickup/drop-off locations, travel dates, passenger counts, flight numbers
Payment data: processed via Stripe — card details are never stored on our servers
Device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, usage analytics

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Process and manage your bookings
Send booking confirmations and driver information via email/SMS
Provide 24/7 customer support
Improve our platform through anonymised analytics
Send marketing communications (only with your consent)

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only when necessary to fulfil your booking. This includes your assigned driver and, where required, local transport regulatory authorities. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the following trusted processors: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), Google Analytics (anonymised analytics).

4. Data Retention

Booking data is retained for 7 years for tax and compliance purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Analytics data is anonymised after 26 months.
