Cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup for a full refund — no questions asked.
Cancellations between 6–24 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations less than 6 hours before pickup or no-shows are non-refundable.
To cancel your booking, log in to your RegisRide account, navigate to "My Bookings," and click "Cancel Booking." Alternatively, contact our 24/7 support team at [email protected] or call +1-800-VELUX.
Cancellations requested by email or phone are processed at the timestamp of the agent's confirmation — not the initial request.
In the event of flight cancellations, severe weather, or other force majeure events, RegisRide may offer a full credit or reschedule at no charge. Each case is reviewed individually by our support team.
Providing your flight number at the time of booking enables our team to proactively manage delays and cancellations on your behalf.
Changes to your booking (date, time, pickup address) can be made free of charge up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup. Changes within 12 hours are subject to a £10 / €12 / $12 amendment fee.
