A transfer suits a defined pickup and destination. Hourly service may fit a schedule with several locations and time between stops. A separate return pickup does not automatically reserve the chauffeur for the entire event.

Yes, as part of an agreed itinerary. Share the addresses and expected time at each stop before booking so the duration and vehicle arrangement can be reviewed. Additional locations or time may affect the price.

You can request a specific model, color, or feature, but it must be confirmed separately. A vehicle-class reservation alone does not guarantee a particular model or color. Contact us before booking if the request is essential.

Yes. O’Hare and Midway commercial arrivals include curbside pickup, with terminal meet & greet available for an additional fee. We also provide private aviation/FBO transfers with planeside pickup. Share each guest’s flight or FBO details and destination.

Sedans carry up to three passengers and SUVs up to six; Executive Sprinter is our option for groups of seven to twelve. Formalwear, luggage, and personal items also affect suitability, so choose for comfort as well as seat count. Larger arrangements should be discussed in advance.

Yes. Provide the organizer’s contact information alongside the passenger details and agreed itinerary. Identify who should communicate schedule changes so the transportation instructions remain clear.

Contact your chauffeur or our team as early as possible. A later pickup, route change, or extended reservation depends on availability and may affect the price. Do not assume the vehicle can remain beyond the confirmed service period without coordination.

Contact us once your date, locations and approximate passenger groups are known, particularly for multiple vehicles or a specific model request. Standard online reservations are confirmed after payment. For changes or cancellation, contact us with your booking reference. For standard sedan/SUV transfers, cancellation received at least 6 hours before the confirmed pickup time is free with a full refund; less than 6 hours before pickup, 100% of the cancelled ride’s confirmed total price is charged with no refund. For hourly sedan/SUV service, the same full-refund rule applies at least 24 hours before the confirmed start; less than 24 hours before the start, the charge is 100% with no refund. Sprinter and specific vehicle/model reservations use supplier-specific cancellation terms that must be disclosed before payment. Separate outbound and return journeys are assessed individually.
