Business Sedan and Premium Sedan accommodate up to three passengers. Executive SUV and Premium SUV accommodate up to six. Executive Sprinter is available for groups of seven to twelve. Children count as passengers. Choose for people and luggage together: a full passenger load does not guarantee room for every suitcase. Golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle, even for one traveler. For child seats or a specific model, contact us before payment if the request is essential to your trip. Tell us about attire, personal items and equipment that require space beyond an ordinary seated passenger.
Coordinate with Your Planner
Provide a day-of contact who can coordinate with the chauffeur. Share the final venue entrances and movement schedule before the day. If the ceremony or reception runs late, contact the team early; extra time requires confirmation and may affect the price.
Plan the Last Ride as Carefully as the First
Arrange separate departure times for the couple and guests when needed. A return transfer does not include a vehicle waiting through the reception. Flowers, decorations and refreshments are requests to discuss, not standard inclusions.
