RegisRide Global Ltd. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All bookings made through RegisRide are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or accepted payment authorisation. Prices displayed are inclusive of all applicable taxes and standard fees unless otherwise stated.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
RegisRide acts as an intermediary booking platform. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including, but not limited to: traffic, weather conditions, force majeure events, or flight cancellations.
Our maximum liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.
All drivers on the RegisRide platform are independently vetted, licensed, and insured in accordance with local transport regulations. RegisRide reserves the right to remove drivers who do not maintain our standards.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
