Can I go directly from Midway to my Downtown hotel?

A Midway Arrival with a Defined Downtown Destination
A hotel arrival, an office appointment and a visit to another Downtown address can use the same private-transfer format, but each needs its own final address. Keep the destination and lead passenger contact available so the chauffeur can coordinate the ride after your MDW arrival.
Downtown Hotels, Offices and Homes
For a Midway-to-Downtown arrival, the Loop, River North, Streeterville and Gold Coast are different destinations with their own hotel, office and residential entrances. Give the full street address and any arrival instructions so the chauffeur can coordinate the final drop-off for your party.
Your Airport Meeting
For commercial arrivals at O’Hare and Midway, curbside pickup is included. Terminal meet and greet with a name sign and luggage assistance is an optional paid service. Follow the meeting instructions for your reservation; a premium vehicle class does not automatically include meet and greet. Private aviation uses a separate FBO arrangement. Children count as passengers. Choose for people and luggage together: a full passenger load does not guarantee room for every suitcase. Golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle, even for one traveler. For child seats or a specific model, contact us before payment if the request is essential to your trip.
Booking Confirmation and Special Requests
Standard online reservations are confirmed automatically after payment. A request for a particular model, child seat or other special arrangement requires its own confirmation. For a complex itinerary, agree the arrangement before paying. Changes and cancellations follow the terms associated with your reservation.
