You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made between 24 and 2 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
We monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be automatically adjusted at no extra charge. Your driver will wait for you based on the actual landing time.
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a customized name board (tablet). You will receive their exact location, name, and phone number via SMS 24 hours before pickup.
