Golf bags need an SUV or larger vehicle
For RegisRide trips with golf bags, book an SUV or larger vehicle-even for one passenger. Share the number of golf bags along with your other luggage so the vehicle can be matched to the full load.
Include every bag and stroller
List checked suitcases, carry-ons, strollers and any oversized items. If you are unsure about an item, send its dimensions or a photo through our contact channel. A full passenger group may need a different vehicle arrangement when traveling with substantial luggage.
Request child seats in advance
Child seats are available by request. Tell us the child’s age, height and weight, the number of seats needed and your itinerary. Contact us to confirm the appropriate seat arrangement, availability and any additional charge. Include children in the passenger count.
Tell us about boarding or mobility needs
If anyone needs help boarding or will bring mobility equipment, contact us before booking to discuss the vehicle and equipment requirements. Please do not assume that a listed vehicle has a wheelchair lift or ramp.
Booking a Class or Requesting a Specific Model
Our vehicle classes describe the category of transportation you are booking. Example models and photographs help you compare those categories; they do not automatically reserve the exact vehicle pictured. If your itinerary calls for a Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, Mercedes-Benz S-Class or another specific model, contact us before booking. We will review availability and any price difference for that request. Your reservation is automatically confirmed after payment. Special requests are reviewed by our team, who may contact you if any arrangements need to change. An unconfirmed model request is not a guarantee of that exact vehicle.

How many passengers can each vehicle class accommodate?
Business Sedan and Premium Sedan accommodate up to three passengers. Executive SUV and Premium SUV accommodate up to six. Executive Sprinter is intended for groups of seven to twelve. Include children in the passenger count and consider luggage before choosing a class.
What is the difference between Business Sedan and Premium Sedan?
Business Sedan includes vehicles such as a BMW 5 Series or Audi A6. Premium Sedan includes vehicles such as a Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series. Both classes accommodate up to three passengers; the distinction is the vehicle category, not additional seats.
What is the difference between Executive SUV and Premium SUV?
Executive SUV includes vehicles such as a Chevrolet Suburban or GMC Yukon. Premium SUV includes vehicles such as a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. Both classes accommodate up to six passengers. Exact models require separate confirmation when requested.
Can I book a sedan if I am traveling alone with golf clubs?
No. RegisRide requires an SUV or larger vehicle for golf bags, even for a single traveler. Tell us how many golf bags and other bags you will bring so we can review the full luggage requirement.
How many suitcases can I bring?
Luggage space depends on the vehicle, passenger count and size of each item. Share your checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and equipment before choosing a class. Maximum passenger capacity does not guarantee room for a full set of large suitcases for every passenger.
Can I request a Cadillac Escalade or another specific model?
Yes. Contact us with the model you prefer and your trip details. Specific models depend on availability and may have a different price. A model request is guaranteed only when separately confirmed; booking a class alone does not guarantee the vehicle pictured.
Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Request child seats in advance and provide each child’s age, height and weight. Confirm seat availability, the seating arrangement and any additional charge with our team. Children count toward the vehicle’s passenger limit.
Is the Executive Sprinter suitable for airport trips with luggage?
It can be, but the complete passenger and luggage list must be considered together. Tell us how many travelers, checked bags and carry-ons will be on the trip. A group of twelve with large suitcases may need a different vehicle arrangement.
Can our group travel with more than twelve passengers?
Contact us to discuss a coordinated multi-vehicle plan. Our listed Executive Sprinter class is for groups of seven to twelve; do not book one vehicle for more passengers than its stated capacity.
Are meet and greet and other extras included with a premium vehicle?
Choosing a premium vehicle class does not automatically include every extra service. For commercial O’Hare and Midway arrivals, curbside pickup is included, while terminal meet and greet is paid separately. Confirm child-seat requests and other extras for your trip.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your reservation is automatically confirmed after payment. Our team reviews special requests and may contact you if any details need to change. Requests for a particular vehicle model require separate confirmation.
Can I book these vehicles for hourly service or a long-distance trip?
These classes can be considered for hourly and long-distance transportation, subject to the vehicles available for your date and itinerary. Share your stops, timing, passenger count and luggage. Longer trips can start in the Chicago area and continue to destinations in Illinois or neighboring states.
