Is curbside pickup included?
Yes, for commercial arrivals at ORD and MDW. Inside-terminal meet and greet is an optional paid service.
Arrange a private ride between O’Hare or Midway and your Chicago-area home, hotel or office. Choose the airport on your ticket, select a vehicle for your passengers and luggage, and plan your arrival or departure with the appropriate flight details.
ORD is O’Hare International Airport; MDW is Chicago Midway International Airport. They are separate airports, so a booking for one is not a booking for the other. Use the airport code and flight number together, especially when someone else is arranging your ride.
For commercial arrivals at O’Hare and Midway, curbside pickup is included. Terminal meet and greet with a name sign and luggage assistance is an optional paid service. Follow the meeting instructions for your reservation; a premium vehicle class does not automatically include meet and greet. Private aviation uses a separate FBO arrangement.
For a journey to the airport, provide your full pickup address, departure airport, airline and flight time. Your pickup time must allow for road travel and the airline’s check-in and boarding requirements. A chauffeur booking does not guarantee a connection or remove airline deadlines.
Business Sedan and Premium Sedan accommodate up to three passengers. Executive SUV and Premium SUV accommodate up to six. Executive Sprinter is available for groups of seven to twelve. Children count as passengers. Choose for people and luggage together: a full passenger load does not guarantee room for every suitcase. Golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle, even for one traveler. For child seats or a specific model, contact us before payment if the request is essential to your trip.
For an airport-to-airport transfer, include both flights. Baggage collection, any arrival formalities, the ground journey and the next airport’s departure procedures all belong in the connection plan. Book the direction you actually need.
Standard online reservations are confirmed automatically after payment. A request for a particular model, child seat or other special arrangement requires its own confirmation. For a complex itinerary, agree the arrangement before paying. Changes and cancellations follow the terms associated with your reservation.
Yes, for commercial arrivals at ORD and MDW. Inside-terminal meet and greet is an optional paid service.
Yes. Add the return journey with its own date, pickup address, time and airport. Each direction has its own pickup details.
No. Private aviation and FBO transfers have no complimentary waiting allowance. If the aircraft lands after the reserved pickup time, chargeable flight-delay waiting runs from the reserved pickup time to the aircraft’s actual landing time, not when the passenger exits the aircraft or is ready. For example, a 12:30 p.m. pickup reservation and a 12:50 p.m. actual landing result in 20 minutes of chargeable waiting. The waiting rate and conditions for additional waiting after landing have not yet been finalized.
Keep your flight details current and contact the team when the flight number, airport or itinerary changes. Commercial arrivals at O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW) include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, measured from the aircraft’s actual landing time. Waiting after that allowance is chargeable; vehicle-class rates and billing increments have not yet been finalized. A flight delay alone is not a cancellation or a no-show. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
