Is this a shared shuttle?
No. The vehicle is reserved for your party and the agreed itinerary, rather than shared with unrelated passengers.
Two Flights, One Ground Transfer
This direction begins at ORD and ends at MDW. Include the arriving O’Hare flight and the departing Midway flight. Baggage collection and any arrival formalities happen before the ground ride; airline check-in, security and boarding happen again at the destination airport.
Your Airport Meeting
For commercial arrivals at O’Hare and Midway, curbside pickup is included. Terminal meet and greet with a name sign and luggage assistance is an optional paid service. Follow the meeting instructions for your reservation; a premium vehicle class does not automatically include meet and greet. Private aviation uses a separate FBO arrangement.
Allow for the Whole Connection
The private transfer covers the ground journey between airports. It does not transfer checked luggage through an airline system, provide security priority or guarantee the next flight. Carry your luggage with you and allow for the complete arrival-to-departure process.
One Way or a Separate Return
Book a single journey or add a separate return with its own date, time and pickup details. A return reservation does not include a chauffeur waiting between the two trips. If you need the vehicle for intervening stops, discuss the hourly service instead.
Select for Passengers and Luggage
Business Sedan and Premium Sedan accommodate up to three passengers. Executive SUV and Premium SUV accommodate up to six. Executive Sprinter is available for groups of seven to twelve. Children count as passengers. Choose for people and luggage together: a full passenger load does not guarantee room for every suitcase. Golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle, even for one traveler. For child seats or a specific model, contact us before payment if the request is essential to your trip.
Booking Confirmation and Special Requests
Standard online reservations are confirmed automatically after payment. A request for a particular model, child seat or other special arrangement requires its own confirmation. For a complex itinerary, agree the arrangement before paying. Changes and cancellations follow the terms associated with your reservation.

How much does the journey cost?

Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Give the lead traveler’s contact separately from the organizer, together with the itinerary and any special requests.
Can I book a return?
Yes, arrange it in advance with a separate pickup time and address. It does not reserve the chauffeur throughout your time at the destination.
