Can I book a ride for another person?
Yes. Provide the lead passenger’s name and contact details separately from the person arranging the ride, so pickup information reaches the traveler.
One Address to Another
A hotel-to-office journey, a dinner pickup or a visit across the city can be arranged as a point-to-point ride. Give the full street address and any entrance instructions for each end of the trip. The vehicle is booked for your party; this is not a shared shuttle with unrelated passengers.
Several Stops in One Day
For meetings, errands or an evening with more than one destination, hourly service keeps a chauffeur reserved for the agreed period. Time spent at planned stops is part of that itinerary. If you only need a drop-off and a later ride home, separate transfers may fit better.
When Your Ride Involves an Airport
Use the airport service pages for ORD or MDW journeys so flight details and arrival pickup options are included. A commercial terminal pickup, an FBO arrival and an ordinary city pickup have different meeting arrangements.
A Vehicle That Fits the Day
Business Sedan and Premium Sedan accommodate up to three passengers. Executive SUV and Premium SUV accommodate up to six. Executive Sprinter is available for groups of seven to twelve. Children count as passengers. Choose for people and luggage together: a full passenger load does not guarantee room for every suitcase. Golf bags require an SUV or larger vehicle, even for one traveler. For child seats or a specific model, contact us before payment if the request is essential to your trip.
Booking Confirmation and Special Requests
Standard online reservations are confirmed automatically after payment. A request for a particular model, child seat or other special arrangement requires its own confirmation. For a complex itinerary, agree the arrangement before paying. Changes and cancellations follow the terms associated with your reservation.

Can we add a stop on the way?
Include the stop when arranging the journey. Extra time or distance may change the price; changes after booking need confirmation.
Is a return ride the same as hourly service?
No. Separate outbound and return reservations do not reserve the vehicle between those rides.
Can I request an exact vehicle?
Yes, but booking a class alone does not guarantee a model. Contact us before payment if the model is essential.
