Plan Your Arrival and Your Departure Separately
Tell us the event, date, desired arrival time, passenger count, and return plans. If your evening includes dinner or another stop, share the address and expected timing so the full itinerary can be reviewed.
Your departure pickup may not be at the same place as your drop-off. Follow the meeting instructions provided for your reservation and contact your chauffeur before heading to a pickup point.
A Private Reservation Has Its Own Meeting Instructions
Do not assume that signs or directions for an app-based rideshare service identify your RegisRide meeting point. Confirm the arrangement with your chauffeur and keep your group together while coordinating departure.
Business Guests and Group Evenings
For client outings or several colleagues traveling together, provide one lead passenger contact and the full group size. If guests leave at different times or travel to different destinations, discuss separate journeys before booking.
