Agree on the Meeting Point Before You Leave
A venue name alone is not a complete return pickup plan. Follow the instructions provided for your reservation and coordinate the meeting location with your chauffeur. Do not assume the vehicle can stop at the gate you use to exit.
Keep the lead passenger’s phone available and let the chauffeur know about changes to the group or departure time. If some passengers leave separately, arrange their transportation independently rather than relying on extra seats in the original booking.
Plan Stops Around Your Ballpark Visit
If your plans include a restaurant, hotel, or another address before or after the event, share those details in advance. A short drop-off, a separate return pickup, and an hourly itinerary are different arrangements; choose based on the time and stops you actually need.

Provide the number of passengers and any child-seat or luggage requests. Contact us before booking if walking to a meeting point could be difficult so we can discuss a feasible plan without promising unconfirmed access.
